On the one hand, so that we can present you with the right offers in your area.

An example:

There is a shopping assistance service in City A, but no such service exists in City B. Therefore, the service from City A is not displayed in City B.

On the other hand, this ensures that your user account cannot be taken over by an unauthorised person.
