All location-based data is obtained from the Post Office. Every location exists, but not all postcodes are stored with coordinates, which leads to e.g. the Map with the slider, which only works during the region definition as long as a postcode is used that has coordinates stored for it. You can find the function to spatially expand your search query under “Offers” in the top right-hand corner (1).

You can update your postcode under “Profile” (2). 

e.g. Bern 3000 is not stored with coordinates whereas 3010 is.

Once you have chosen a postcode with coordinates, the map centres on this region.
